  • An insurance company Customer Service Excellence training program was instrumental in lifting customer satisfaction, as measured on a survey, over 20%.



Team Member Satisfaction

  • Managers completing a leadership development program reported 10 to 30% increase in team member satisfaction following their training.


Increases in Revenue

  • Following training in coaching on performance, one sales supervisor saw his team move to the top team spot with a 30% increase in sales. 



Decreases in Expenses

  • Conducting train-the-trainer sessions and managing an organization wide roll-out of LeaderShift saved AIG Direct $119,625 in consulting fees in one year alone.
