I have worked as a training and
development professional since 1996 helping organizations like GE
Financial Assurance, GE Capital, AIG (before the big meltdown!), Union
Fidelity Life Insurance, Credit Life Insurance Company, and Aon to
achieve their goals.
Here is a brief summary of my
training projects and activities:
Management:
LeaderShift training program for
AIG Direct, training all leaders in front line management skills to
help them become transformational leaders who achieve their goals and
develop their people. Managed the train-the-trainer process, needs
process, delivery process, and follow-up for locations across the
United States.
Managed the needs analysis
process
for AIG Direct which included surveys, leadership interviews,
performance evaluations, subject matter expert interviews, and focus
groups.
Managed and delivered
Foundations
of Leadership for direct market insurance providers in GE Financial
Assurance. Delivered training in classroom and blended learning
environment involving e-learning, synchronous learning,
teleconferences, and webinars.
Managed the acquisition and
installaton of a Learning Managment System for GE Financial Assurance.
Managed 360 Survey operation,
delivery, follow-up and coaching for AIG Direct and GE Financial
Assurance (Partnership Marketing Group).
Design

Methods
I rely on highly interactive
learning. I studied for over a year with my mentor, Lester T. Shapiro
in mastering a method he calls Guided Discover.
