New Leader Launch: Getting an important new leader up to speed and familiar with the new team provides a productivity edge and accelerates the process of creating success for a team under a new leader. Typically, this requires two consulting conferences with the new leader and a full day team and leader event.
Team Building: Whether your team is new and launching an important project, or established and in need of a tune-up, we can help you to customize a team building event that will help to create a more cohesive, efficient, effective, and fun team. We won't introduce any ropes or nets -- the event will be in doors at your location (or the location of your choice) and while you won't need to wear any special gear we do guarantee that your team will rapidly develop new skills and a capacity for increased productivity and success.
